My story: Several years ago, I came across a story from China about a woman who rescued her father during a stroke while he was showering. She immediately applied a technique she had learned from a TCM lecture—puncturing the tips of his fingers and releasing a small amount of dark blood—then sent him to the hospital. Her father later made a full recovery. She obstained this knowledge from a TCM doctor. Her story encouraged me to save my mom with TCM from her stroke and recovered completely about two months without left any physical defect. Here I would like to share my clinical cases. What you learn today may help save a life tomorrow-creating a positive ripple effect.
Topic: Acute Stroke Care and Recovery with Traditional Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture, Fire-Cupping, Blood-Letting, and Herbal Medicine
Course Description: Stroke is a leading cause of disability worldwide. If a TCM technique is carried out at the first five minutes can effectively prevent the paralysis development, would you like to learn this TCM technique? How to apply treatment at the acute stroke development stage? Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has a long clinical history in the treatmen and rehabilitation of stroke conditions, known historically as “Wind Stroke” (中风, ZhongFeng).
This continuing education course provides acupuncturists with practical clinical knowledge for managing stroke patients in acute phases. Participants will learn how to rescue patients at this acute onset stage, and how to apply safe and appropriate treatment to help patients effectively.

How to rescue people at the acute stroke on-set stage.
